خصم رونق: 10% خصم ثابت على جميع المشتريات.
شحن مجاني: توصيل مجاني للطلبات عند التسوق بقيمة 250 ريال وأكثر.

نظام الولاء العام (لكافة العملاء)
General Loyalty Program
لأن كل عملية شراء تقومون بها تستحق التقدير، أطلقنا نظام الولاء المحدث والمكافئ:
اكتساب النقاط:
احصل على 100 نقطة مكافأة ثابتة مع كل عملية شراء مكتملة.
احصل على 50 نقطة إضافية عند تقييمك لأي منتج.
استبدال النقاط:
يمكنك استبدال كل 100 نقطة بمكافأة نقدية فورية قدرها 10 ريال.
صلاحية النقاط:
تظل النقاط صالحة لمدة 6 أشهر من تاريخ اكتسابها، مما يمنحكم الوقت الكافي للاستفادة منها في رحلتكم معنا.

استحقاق عضوية رونق
تُمنح تكريماً للعملاء الأوائل الذين انضموا إلينا بعد قائمة الـ 50، وتتاح تلقائياً للعملاء الجدد عند وصول
مجموع مشترياتهم المكتملة إلى 2000 ريال. للترقية إلى "النخبة الولائية":
- يتم ترقية حاملي عضوية الرونق عند إضافة 2000 ريال أخرى على رصيد مشترياتهم السابق (ليصبح المجموع التراكمي للمشتريات 4000 ريال).
شروط وأحكام العضوية
شخصية العضوية: العضوية بكافة مزاياها هي حق حصري لصاحب الحساب المسجل، ولا يجوز نقلها، بيعها، أو مشاركتها.
الاستخدام العادل: جميع أكواد التفعيل مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي؛ وتحتفظ RAWNQ بالحق الكامل في إيقاف أي كود أو إلغاء العضوية في حال ثبوت استخدامها بشكل غير مصرح به.
آلية الخصم: يلتزم العميل بإدخال كود التفعيل في الخانة المخصصة قبل إتمام الدفع؛ علماً بأن الخصم لا يُطبق بأثر رجعي.
احتساب المشتريات: يتم احتساب قيمة المشتريات الفعلية المكتملة فقط ضمن نظام الترقية والعضويات
:تحديث المزاييا
تسعى دائماً إدارة رونق لتقديم الأفضل؛ لذا نحتفظ بحق تعديل أي تحديث مزايا العضويات أو شروطها بما يخدم تطوير تجربة عملائنا، مع التزامنا بإشعاركم بأي تغيير جوهري عبر قنواتنا الرسمية.
مدة الصلاحية: تخضع العضويات لسياسات الاستمرارية الخاصة بمتجرنا، ونحتفظ بحق مراجعة وتحديث حالة العضوية بناءً على نشاط الحساب.

General Loyalty Program
Because every interaction deserves appreciation, we have launched our updated loyalty system:
Earn Points:
Get 100 points for every completed purchase.
Get 50 points for every product review.
Redeem Points: Exchange every 100 points for a 10 cash reward.
Points Validity: Points are valid for 6 months from the date of acquisition, giving you enough time to enjoy your rewards.
Tiers & Upgrade System
RAWNQ Membership Eligibility: Granted to our earliest customers who joined after the first 50, and automatically available to new customers once their total completed purchases reach 2,000 SAR.
Upgrading to "Loyalty Elite": Loyalty Elite status is achieved when adding another 2,000 to your previous purchase balance (reaching a cumulative total of 4,000 SAR).
Membership Terms & Conditions
Personalized Membership: All membership benefits are exclusive to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties.
Fair Use: All activation codes are intended for personal use only. RAWNQ reserves the right to suspend any code or terminate membership if unauthorized use is detected.
Discount Mechanism: Customers must enter the activation code in the designated field before checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after the order is completed.
Purchase Calculation: Only completed actual purchases are accounted for within the upgrade and membership system.
Updates: RAWNQ is dedicated to excellence; we reserve the right to modify membership benefits or terms to enhance the customer experience. We are committed to notifying you of any material changes through our official channels.
